PRODUCT DIRECTIONS

RECOMMENDED USE
Algae oil contains high concentrations of DHA (40% of its total weight). DHA is important in the support of cognitive health, brain function and fetal neurological health in pregnancy.
RECOMMENDED DOSE
(Adults 18 years and older): 1 softgel daily, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Do not exceed a total dose of 2000mg of DHA per day.
