RECOMMENDED USE

Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is a safflower-derived fatty acid which chemically blocks fat storage (lipogenesis), encourages lipolysis (fat breakdown) and promotes increases in lean muscle mass. CLA may be a useful part of a weight loss plan that also includes exercise and diet.

RECOMMENDED DOSE

(Adults 18 years and older): 4-6 softgels daily as directed by your medical practitioner.
