BENEMAX Health & Wellness warrants that the product, when new, is free from defects in material and workmanship, and will perform to manufacturer specifications for a period of one year from the date of purchase from BENEMAX Health & Wellness or one of its authorized distributors. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.
The date of purchase is:

  1. The shipping date on the invoice if the product was purchased directly
  2. The date of product registration
  3. The date of purchase from an authorized distributor, duly documented via a receipt from said distributor. This warranty does not cover the following damages:
  • Handling during shipping,
  • Non-compliance with the instructions for use or maintenance provided
  • Modification or repair carried out by a person not authorized by Benemax Heath & Wellness

shipping costs for returning a defective device to a BENEMAXTM Health & Wellness service center are not included in this warranty.


THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
